Frequently asked questions
Can I change plan mid-subscription?
Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle. When upgrading, we charge a prorated amount for the current period.
Do I pay per user?
No - you pay a flat rate for the plan (user threshold). No per-user fees. If you have 40 users, you pay for the Professional plan (up to 50 users) - €125/month, whether you have 10 or 50 accounts.
What happens after the trial period?
If you decide not to continue - we don't charge anything. Your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted. No hidden costs, no automatic charges.
Can I add extra modules later?
Yes - basic modules activate within 24h of order. Modules requiring implementation (360°, document workflow, etc.) are scheduled with our team - typically 3-5 business days.
What's the annual billing discount?
20% off base plan and basic modules. Example: Professional (€125/mo) on annual: €100/mo × 12 = €1,200/year instead of €1,500. You save €300 per year.
Why are international prices higher than Polish rates?
International pricing is approximately 50% higher than our local Polish rates. This reflects the additional cost of English-language support, cross-border contract handling, international payment processing, and timezone-aware account management. Clients with Polish entities can be invoiced at Polish rates - contact us for details.
Can you invoice in EUR?
We issue official Polish VAT invoices. For international clients we invoice either in PLN (you convert at your current exchange rate) or in EUR with the rate fixed in the contract. Bank transfer payments accepted.
