eTechnologie is a technology company based in Szczecin, Poland, specializing in e-learning platforms. Our flagship product - Spoti - is a modular training platform with AI support.

We started with simple platform implementations and course creation. Today we deliver complete training ecosystems with 12 modules - from online courses, through AI Creator and 360° reviews, to competency management and document workflow.

Our clients range from 20 to several thousand employees - food manufacturers, insurance companies, retail chains, public institutions. They share one thing: the need to train people effectively and measure the results.

Helped deploy training platforms, advised on competency development strategies and trained internal trainers in companies across Poland and abroad. Leads product development of Spoti and customer relationships.
