- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the short-term rental agreement, handling reservations, check-in, settlements and possible pursuit of claims related to the rental.
- The legal basis for the processing of data is the necessity to perform the lease agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- The recipients of the data may be entities providing services to the controller (e.g. accounting services, IT services), as well as authorities authorized to obtain data on the basis of legal provisions.
- The data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and settlements, as well as for the time required by law or until the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims.
- You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it and object to the processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the lease agreement.
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner or profiled.
