How will we connect?
We will connect in a virtual room, the address of which you will receive in the e-mail with the confirmation of the meeting. We use the Livewebinar application.
What application do we use?
The application we use does not require creating an account or installing any program. Just click on the link we will send you.
When making a call, allow the browser to use the microphone and/or camera.
It is possible to perform a test of the connection and browser settings. The test is available here.
Can we use another app to connect?
Yes, in this case, please provide information in response to the appointment confirmation that will be sent after the booking.
Is it necessary to have the camera on during the call?
No, using microphone is enough Of course, it will always be more pleasant if we can see and hear each other at the same time :-)
Can more than one person attend the meeting?
Yes, more people can join using the same link that will be sent in the meeting confirmation email. Of course, more people may be in completely different locations.
