1. General Provisions
These rules set out the terms and conditions for using the apartment rented on a short-term basis.
Making a reservation and checking into the apartment constitutes acceptance of these rules by the Guest.

2. No Smoking
Smoking of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or any other substances is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the stairwell.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

3. Parties and Gatherings
It is forbidden to organize parties, events, or other social gatherings in the apartment that may disturb the peace of the neighbors.
The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number declared at the time of booking.

4. Quiet Hours
Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
During this time, guests must refrain from loud conversations, playing music, watching television at high volume, or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building.

5. Liability for Damages
The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment and its furnishings during their stay.
Any noticed damage or malfunction must be immediately reported to the Landlord.
In the event of damage, the Guest is obliged to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property.

6. Order and Cleanliness
6.1 Guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.
6.2 If Guests fail to fulfill the obligation to maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of 200 PLN will be charged.

7. Other Rules:
7.1 Before departure, the apartment must be left in a condition no worse than on the day of check-in.
7.2 It is forbidden to remove any items of equipment from the apartment.
7.3 The keys to the apartment must be returned to the locker from which they were taken.

8. Final Provisions
8.1 In case of gross violation of the rules, the Landlord has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, without the right to a refund of the rental fee.
8.2 In matters not regulated by these rules, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
